Michael Oosterhof – Chairman

Michael started work in the family business in 1980 and became Managing Director of Eastcourt Properties in 1986. Under his management, Eastcourt has transformed into one of Perth's most respected industrial property companies. Mike's knowledge of business and manufacturing gives him an excellent insight into the challenges and needs of present and future tenants. He has a Social Science degree with a major in Economics and a minor in Law.


Craig Matthews – General Manager

With over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Craig joined Eastcourt in 2005, bringing expertise in valuation, project management and property development to the team. He is ideally qualified for his role as General Manager. He is a licensed Property Valuer, an associate member of the Australian Property Institute, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) from Curtin University.


Sam Gill – Manager Property Development

Sam has been instrumental in delivering master planned residential communities for some of Australia’s largest diversified property groups. He brings to Eastcourt a detailed knowledge of project delivery across planning, design, construction, marketing and sales. Sam holds a Bachelor of Business; Majoring in Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Property.


Tom Oosterhof – Asset Manager

Tom joined the Eastcourt team in 2015. His previous experience as a senior analyst with one of Australia's pre-eminent insolvency practices, together with his analytical mind and easy going nature, gives him great insight as an asset manager. Tom is a graduate of the University of Western Australia (Bachelor of Commerce; Bachelor of Arts) and the University of Newcastle (Master of Property).



Michelle Richardson – Manager Finance and Administration

Michelle joined the Eastcourt team in 2010. After working in a large public organisation, Michelle felt she could make a greater contribution in a smaller privately owned company like Eastcourt. She has extensive experience in accounts, administration and the construction industry. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Curtin University.
