A Company With A Proud History

Eastcourt Properties traces its beginnings back to the late 50's soon after company's founder, Arthur Oosterhof, arrived in Australia. He was one of many of post war immigrants keen to take up the opportunities that a new country like Australia offered.  Unafraid of hard work, the family built a successful aluminium anodising business based in Belmont.  They diversified and expanded and by the mid 1980s what had begun as one small factory had developed into a large family-owned group of companies. In 1986 the metal finishing divisions were sold and the Group concentrated its efforts on industrial property investment.
