Arthur Oosterhof - Company Founder

Arthur Oosterhof arrived in Perth from his native Holland in 1952 with a commitment to succeed.  In less than 30 years, his vision and expertise had turned a small aluminium anodising business, operating out of rented premises, into the Oosterhof Group of companies.  Anodising, Sheetmetal Fabrication, high volume Powder Coating and Flurocarbon Coating all formed part of the metal finishing conglomerate. Arthur's business acumen, knowledge of the industry, his leadership skills and most importantly, his reputation as a straight player formed the platform for a successful business.

Michael Oosterhof - Managing Director

Michael felt from an early age that he would work in the family business.  He formally entered the business in 1980 and six years later became the Managing Director of what is now Eascourt Properties.  In that time he has re-shaped the Group from a manufacturing base into one of Perth's most respected industrial property companies.

Mike is a graduate from the School of Social Science at Curtin University with an Economics Major and Law Minor.  Combined with his extensive experience and knowledge of business and manufacturing, he is able to provide his clients with a level of understanding and service that is hard to match.

David Skinner - General Manager

David joined Eastcourt Properties in 2000 after 17 years with the ANZ Bank.  In his role as Associate Director of Property and Construction Finance for Western Australia David developed a strong rapport with Mike.  Importantly they shared a philosophy that successful property investment requires a long term view.  David was also impressed,by the conservative financial approach of a company that had been built over two generations and its commitment in building strong relationships with clients.

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Newcastle and is a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

Craig Matthews - Manager – Property Development

With over 15 years experience in the real estate industry, Craig joined Eastcourt in 2005 bringing expertise in valuation, project management and property development. Craig is a licenced Property Valuer, an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) degree from Curtin University.

Carol Sims - Company Secretary

Carol has been with the Eastcourt Group for over 20 years.  She began as an accounts clerk in 1981 when the company was in the anodising business and has been an integral part of Group’s growth from metal finishing to Property Investment.

Her detailed knowledge of the business and her friendly outgoing manner makes her an invaluable member of the Eastcourt team. Carol holds a position on the Board and is highly respected by staff and clients alike.
