Michael Oosterhof - Managing Director

Michael started work in the family business in 1980 and became Managing Director of Eastcourt Properties in 1986. Under his management, Eastcourt has transformed into one of Perth's most respected industrial property companies. Mike's knowledge of business and manufacturing gives him an excellent insight into the challenges and needs of present and future tenants. He has a Social Science degree with a major in Economics and a minor in Law.

Craig Matthews - Manager                         Property Development

With over 20 years experience in the property industry, Craig joined Eastcourt in 2005, bringing expertise in valuation, project management and property development to the team. He is ideally qualified for his role as Manager Property Development. He is a licensed Property Valuer, an associate member of the Australian Property Institute, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) from Curtin University.

Ben Clarke - Project Manager

Ben has over 20 years of experience in the property industry bringing with him core exposure to agency, valuation and land development. He is a certifiied practising Valuer, associate member of the Australian Property Institute, licensed Real Estate Agent, member of REIWA and holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Valuation and Land Economy.

Carol Sims - Company Secretary

Carol has been with Eastcourt for over 30 years. Her detailed knowledge of the business and exceptional customer service makes her an invaluable member of the Eastcourt team. Carol holds a position on the Board and is highly regarded by staff and clients.

Michelle Richardson - Manager          Finance and Administration

Michelle joined the Eastcourt team in 2010. After working in a large public organisation, Michelle felt she could make a greater contribution in a smaller privately owned company like Eastcourt. She has extensive experience in accounts, administration and the construction industry.  Michelle is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) at Curtin University.
