The Eastcourt Group is a private business specialising in industrial property investment. The group has developed a large portfolio of industrial property leased to a broad cross section of commercial tenants.
Eastcourt can design and construct new premises for individual tenant requirements, as well as providing already developed facilities from within its portfolio of properties.
History
Eastcourt was founded more than 60 years ago by Arthur Oosterhof, who established a small anodising business in Belmont shortly after emigrating from Holland in 1952.
Michael Oosterhof began to shift the focus of the business to property investment in the 1980s. A substantial portfolio of quality properties and a committed management team has been developed over the past 25 years.
A strong ethos of sound business management, integrity and strong client service has continued to be a prominent feature within the Eastcourt Property Group. As a result, Eastcourt has become a well respected property investment company.
